i’ve searched the web and the links below provide the best (and most complete) information on how to vote by state. they (stephen colbert) breakdown and give you links on how to register online, in person and by mail. california’s DEADLINE TO REGISTER is OCTOBER 19th. in addition they’ll give you information on how to vote by mail, how to request your ballot, where to return your ballot. and if you mail your ballot, the USPS recommends doing so NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 27th. it couldn’t be easier.. so fucking vote!!
